You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. If you require an alternative size in an item you purchased, we would recommend placing a new order for the new size and returning the size that is not suitable.
We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour.
If you wish to return your goods please complete the form to obtain a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) This is the first step and needs to be completed before proceeding.
At Nightgear we offer a free returns service via Rebound UK. If you use Rebound to generate your prepaid label there is no need for you to enclose any paperwork as the label will have your order details.
To return a product via Rebound UK, there is no need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps:
Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse. Upon inspection of the returned product, Nightgear will issue a refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Nightgear reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
A return confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.
